Number Properties

Explore comprehensive mathematical properties of any number including sequence positions, numeral system conversions, prime factorization, and divisor analysis.

How It Works

The Number Properties tool provides comprehensive mathematical analysis of any positive integer. Beyond basic calculations, it integrates seamlessly with your personal research workspace: save noteworthy numbers to custom databases, load previously saved numbers for quick re-analysis, and discover words that match your number's gematria value across multiple ciphers. This transforms standalone calculations into an interconnected research system.

Numerology Properties: Analyzes advanced numerology properties including Digital Root with Master Number detection (11, 22, 33, etc.), Reduction Path visualization, Digit Sum, Sum of Squares, Product of Digits, Reversed Number comparison, Smith Numbers, Perfect/Abundant/Deficient classification, Palindrome detection, Harshad numbers, and Happy numbers.

Sequence Analysis: Calculates the nth position value for mathematical sequences including Prime, Composite, Fibonacci, Lucas, Triangular, Square, Cube, Tetrahedral, Square Pyramidal, Star, and Pentagonal numbers.

Numeral Conversions: Converts your number to Binary (base 2), Octal (base 8), Duodecimal (base 12), and Hexadecimal (base 16) representations, and interprets the number as if written in those bases.

Factorization: Breaks down composite numbers into their prime factors and identifies whether the input is prime.

Divisor Analysis: Lists all divisors, counts them, and calculates their sum. Click any number in the results to analyze it next.

Digital & Cryptographic Analysis: Examines binary patterns (bit count), prime distribution (gaps to next/previous primes, twin prime detection), Collatz convergence (3n+1 problem), and digit patterns (repeating digits, ascending/descending sequences).

Modular Cycles: Calculates remainders for common temporal and astrological cycles including Mod 7 (weekly cycles), Mod 9 (alternative digital root), Mod 12 (zodiac, months), and Mod 360 (degrees, angles).
