1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GematriaLens ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GematriaLens provides:

• Gematria calculation tools across multiple cipher systems
• Pattern matching and numerological analysis
• Custom word database creation and management
• Multi-word analysis (analyze multiple words/phrases in a single job)

Additional features are continuously added to improve the Service. For the most up-to-date list of available features and capabilities, please refer to our pricing page, which serves as the current reference for all provided services and tier-specific features.

3. Educational & Research Use

GematriaLens is an educational platform for pattern analysis and research. We provide computational tools to identify numerical patterns in text across multiple cipher systems.

3.1 Nature of Service

GematriaLens is a neutral computational tool for historical, linguistic, and mathematical analysis. The platform performs automated numerical calculations across cipher systems that have been documented in academic, religious, and historical literature for centuries.

The Service is expressly not:

• A prediction, forecasting, or gambling system — features such as the "Predictive Calendar" identify numerical correlations between text values and dates for research purposes only; they do not predict, forecast, or guarantee future events
• A financial service, investment advisory, or cryptocurrency platform — we accept cryptocurrency and card payments solely as a payment method for subscriptions; we do not issue, trade, or promote cryptocurrency tokens, NFTs, or any financial instruments
• A source of medical, legal, scientific, or professional advice
• A platform for promoting conspiracy theories, misinformation, or harmful narratives — we provide mathematical tools and make no editorial claims about the meaning or significance of results

3.2 No Claims

The platform makes no claims regarding:

• Predictive accuracy or forecasting capabilities
• Causation, correlation, or relationships between identified patterns and real-world events
• Scientific validity or peer-reviewed verification of gematria methodologies
• Supernatural, mystical, or metaphysical properties of numerical patterns

The Platform provides default reference databases (word lists and known number lists) compiled from publicly available gematria and numerological literature. These databases are not directly browsable — they are used solely for computational matching against user-provided input. Inclusion of any word, phrase, name, or number in a reference database does not constitute an assertion, endorsement, or accusation by the Platform. Users may also create their own custom databases; the Platform does not endorse or verify user-created content.

Users are encouraged to apply critical thinking, conduct independent verification, and draw their own informed conclusions. Gematria pattern analysis is a subject of ongoing investigation and debate across various communities.

Results should not be used as the sole basis for significant personal, financial, legal, medical, or other major life decisions. The interpretation and application of all results remains the sole responsibility of individual users.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Eligibility & Age Requirement

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement
• If registering on behalf of an organization, you have authority to bind that entity

We do not knowingly collect information from or direct services to anyone under 18. If we learn that a user is under 18, we will terminate the account and delete associated data.

4.2 Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4.3 Account Restrictions

You may only create one account per person. Multiple accounts may be suspended or deleted.

4.4 Geographic Restrictions & Compliance

Due to legal and payment processor requirements, the Service may not be available in all jurisdictions.

By using the Service, you confirm that:

• You are not located in a jurisdiction where use of the Service would violate applicable laws or international sanctions
• You comply with all local laws regarding online services and payments
• Your use of the Service does not violate any export control or trade restriction regulations

We reserve the right to restrict access from certain regions to comply with legal obligations or payment processor requirements. Service availability may change based on regulatory developments.

5. Subscription Plans & Billing

5.1 Tiers

• Free Tier: 1 custom database, standard processing
• Premium Tier: Unlimited custom databases (subject to fair use), CSV import/export, priority processing

5.2 Payment Methods

We offer the following payment methods for premium subscriptions:

• Account Balance via Cryptocurrency: Add funds to your account ($2-$500) via cryptocurrency invoice (300+ cryptocurrencies supported including Bitcoin, Ethereum, XRP, USDT, and more). Once funded, purchase subscriptions instantly with one click. Account Balance never expires and can be used for future renewals or upgrades.
• Account Balance via Credit/Debit Card: Add funds to your account through BuyMeACoffee using any credit or debit card. Each coffee costs $3 — select the number of coffees matching the amount you wish to add. You must use the same email address as your GematriaLens account for automatic crediting. Card payments are processed securely by BuyMeACoffee via Stripe.
• Direct XRP Payment: Pay directly with XRP cryptocurrency at checkout. Payment confirms in 3-5 seconds on the blockchain.
• Auto-Recurring Membership via Buy Me a Coffee: Subscribe to a recurring monthly membership through BuyMeACoffee. Your premium renews automatically each billing cycle — no manual action needed. You must use the same email address as your GematriaLens account for automatic linking. Memberships are managed and cancelled through BuyMeACoffee; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Premium subscriptions are billed in advance for monthly, quarterly, or annual periods. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion.

We use third-party payment processors to handle billing and payment transactions: NowPayments for cryptocurrency payments and BuyMeACoffee (powered by Stripe) for credit/debit card payments. By providing payment information, you agree to the terms and privacy policies of the applicable payment processor. We do not store your cryptocurrency wallet addresses, private keys, or credit/debit card details on our servers.

Third-Party Processor Availability: Payment methods depend on the continued availability of third-party processors. We are not responsible for transactions declined, delayed, or reversed by a payment processor for any reason, including fraud screening, policy changes, or regulatory requirements. If a payment method becomes unavailable, we will make reasonable efforts to offer alternative payment options. Existing Account Balance and active subscriptions are not affected by payment processor changes.

5.3 Account Balance

• Non-Refundable: Account Balance funds are non-refundable once added, regardless of payment method. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible on the blockchain, and card payments through BuyMeACoffee are processed by a third party
• No Expiration: Your balance never expires and remains available indefinitely for subscription purchases, upgrades, or renewals
• Crypto Invoice Limits: Minimum cryptocurrency invoice amount is $2, maximum is $500 per transaction
• Card Payment Increments: Credit/debit card payments via BuyMeACoffee are in $3 increments (per coffee)
• Email Matching: Card payments through BuyMeACoffee require you to use the same email address as your GematriaLens account. We are not responsible for funds sent using a different email address; unmatched payments require manual resolution
• Transaction History: All balance additions and subscription purchases are recorded in your account's transaction history
• Prorated Credits: When upgrading to a higher subscription tier mid-cycle, you receive prorated credit for unused days, which is automatically added to your Account Balance

5.4 Price Changes

We may change subscription pricing at any time. For existing subscribers, we will provide 30 days advance notice of price increases.

5.5 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial periods. Unused Account Balance remains available for future use.

5.6 Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Cryptocurrency Payments:

• All cryptocurrency transactions are final and irreversible on the blockchain
• No refunds or chargebacks are possible for cryptocurrency payments
• Account Balance funds cannot be withdrawn or transferred back to cryptocurrency wallets
• Users accept full responsibility for transaction accuracy before sending payment
• We are not responsible for user error in cryptocurrency transactions (wrong address, wrong amount, wrong network, etc.)

Credit/Debit Card Payments (via BuyMeACoffee):

• Card payments are processed by BuyMeACoffee (powered by Stripe) as a third-party service
• Once funds are credited to your Account Balance, they are non-refundable
• You must use the same email address as your GematriaLens account; payments made with a different email may not be automatically credited
• Users accept responsibility for entering the correct email address during checkout
• Payment disputes related to card transactions should first be directed to us at support@gematrialens.com before contacting your card issuer

Disputes:

• Please contact us at support@gematrialens.com before initiating a dispute with your financial institution — we are happy to resolve issues directly
• Active payment disputes may result in temporary service suspension until resolved
• Chargebacks for services that were delivered as described may result in account restrictions

Refund Policy:

• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• Account Balance funds are non-refundable once added to your account
• No refunds for services already rendered or partially used subscription periods
• Refunds, if granted at our sole discretion, will be issued via the original payment method when possible
• Cryptocurrency payments cannot be refunded; alternative arrangements (such as Account Balance credit) may be offered at our discretion

6. Service Limits & Fair Use Policy

6.1 Fair Use Definition

While Premium tier offers "unlimited" custom databases, this is subject to reasonable, fair use. Fair use means:

• Databases created for legitimate gematria research purposes
• Database sizes proportional to actual research needs
• Not using the Service primarily for data storage unrelated to gematria
• Not creating excessive server load that impacts other users
• Not automated bulk creation without legitimate research purpose

6.2 Right to Impose Limits

We reserve the right to:

• Define and enforce specific fair use limits (e.g., maximum databases, words per database)
• Impose temporary or permanent caps on any "unlimited" features
• Throttle, limit, or suspend accounts exceeding fair use
• Modify tier features and limits with 30 days advance notice to paid subscribers
• Immediately limit or suspend service for extreme abuse or security concerns

6.3 Resource Management

If your usage negatively impacts service performance, reliability, or sustainability:

• We will contact you first and work with you to reduce usage to fair levels
• If the issue persists or is severe, we may impose temporary limits to protect the platform for all users
• Persistent abuse after notification may lead to account suspension

7. Acceptable Use Policy

7.1 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
• Resell, redistribute, or provide commercial access to the Service
• Abuse, harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Collect or store personal data about other users

7.2 Enforcement

Violations may result in warning, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination at our sole discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of data you upload (custom database words, search queries, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a license to process, store, and display your content solely to provide the Service.

8.2 User Content Liability

You represent and warrant that your user-generated content (including custom databases, saved reports, and any uploaded data):

• Does not violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Does not infringe on intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of third parties
• Does not contain defamatory, libelous, or obscene material
• Does not contain hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
• Does not contain malicious code, viruses, or harmful software

We are not responsible for user-generated content:

• We do not review, monitor, or pre-screen user databases or saved content
• We do not endorse or guarantee accuracy of user content
• User content does not reflect our views or opinions
• We may remove content that violates these Terms without prior notice
• Users agree to indemnify us against claims arising from their content

8.3 Our Content

The Service, including all code, design, algorithms, databases, and documentation, is owned by GematriaLens and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works
• Reverse engineer or decompile the Service
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices
• Use our trademarks without permission

9. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time
• Change features, functionality, or user interface
• Add or remove capabilities without notice
• Perform maintenance that temporarily interrupts service

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes, but we are not obligated to do so.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

11. Disclaimers & Warranties

11.1 General Disclaimers

We specifically disclaim all warranties including:

• Accuracy: No guarantee that gematria calculations or results are accurate or complete
• Availability: No guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free service
• Data Preservation: While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, we cannot guarantee against data loss due to unforeseen circumstances
• Fitness: No guarantee the Service meets your specific requirements
• Results: No guarantee of any particular outcome from using the Service

11.2 Data Accuracy Disclaimer

We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of:

• Gematria Calculations: Numerical values calculated by any cipher system may contain errors, bugs, or inaccuracies
• Database Matches: Pattern matching results may be incomplete, incorrect, or contain false positives
• Match Confidence Scores: Statistical significance ratings are computational estimates and not guarantees of meaningful correlation
• Third-Party Data: News article content extracted from external sources may be inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, or improperly parsed
• Algorithm Changes: Calculation methods, cipher definitions, or matching algorithms may change without notice, producing different results

Users are solely responsible for:

• Verifying computational results independently
• Cross-checking calculations using alternative methods
• Validating third-party data sources directly
• Exercising professional judgment when interpreting results

All computational results are provided "as is" for informational and research purposes only. They should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any decision.

11.3 Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including payment processors (NowPayments for cryptocurrency, BuyMeACoffee/Stripe for card payments), email delivery (Resend for transactional emails), news sources, and infrastructure providers. We make no warranties regarding:

• Availability or reliability of third-party services
• Accuracy of third-party data or content
• Security of third-party systems
• Third-party compliance with their own terms or policies

Your use of third-party services is subject to their separate terms and conditions. We are not liable for third-party service failures, data breaches, or policy violations.

12. Limitation of Liability

• We are NOT LIABLE for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are NOT LIABLE for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• We are NOT LIABLE for service interruptions, data loss, or corruption
• Our TOTAL LIABILITY is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim

This applies whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GematriaLens, its owners, operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of others
• Your content or data uploaded to the Service

14. Termination

14.1 By You

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us or using account settings. Cancellation does not entitle you to any refund.

14.2 By Us

We may terminate or suspend your account:

• Immediately for Terms violations or security concerns
• Immediately for illegal activity
• With 30 days notice at our discretion

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service ends immediately
• Your data may be deleted within 30 days (you may request an export before deletion)
• You remain liable for any outstanding fees
• Sections 7, 10, 11, 12, and 15 survive termination

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page, unless we specify a later effective date.

For material changes affecting paid subscribers, we will provide 30 days advance notice via email or in-app notification.

Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to changes, you must stop using the Service.

16. General Provisions

16.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GematriaLens operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

16.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

16.3 No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it later.

16.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GematriaLens regarding the Service.

16.5 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
